eventually became business associates. Kong was a Money Market Broker; trading Fed Funds on the trading floor of One of the

World's Largest Money Brokerage Firms (located in the World Trade Center) while Frank became a Compliance Officer

at Citigroup –handling "exclusive" cases for Fortune 500 companies and even collaborated with the F.B.I.

During their downtime, the dynamic duo would frequent many bars, lounges & clubs –the very

best of what New York City's Nightlife had to offer. It was during these stress-relieving

excursions that Kong & Frank became acquainted with NYC's top promoters,

managers & the venue's owners. It was inevitable that they offered to

help promote, host, manage & eventually

run their own parties.
